Overview

This book explains and provides interventions for two major areas of therapy: 1) Fear Based Trauma is the underlying cause for anxiety disorders, panic attacks, phobias, PTSD, agoraphobia, baseless physical fears, and other fear related disorders. 2) Attachment Trauma is the underlying cause for feelings of inadequacy (I'm not good enough), the need to please, over-competitiveness, fear to stay in a relationship, and for all eating disorders. Both fear-based trauma and attachment trauma are the core reasons for addictions, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and most unwanted behaviors, as these behaviors are a form of self-medication to avoid the anxieties of these traumas. These two problem areas make up a major portion of client presentations. They are areas where clients are often less responsive to treatment. Resoure Therapy and Theory are used to locate and treat the causal personality parts related to Fear Based Trauma and Attachment Trauma.
