OverviewOvarian cancer remains a major cause of female mortality, and Tunisian data require updating. We conducted a retrospective study of 30 patients managed between 2018 and 2022 at the Hôpital Militaire Principal in Tunis. The majority of cases were diagnosed at an advanced stage, with a predominance of serous carcinomas and treatment combining surgery and carboplatin-paclitaxel-based chemotherapy. Five-year overall survival was 43%, influenced in univariate analysis by stage, grade, certain biomarkers and type of surgery, but without multivariate confirmation. These results underline the importance of early detection and multidisciplinary management to improve prognosis.
