He is currently the Dean, School of Education and the Acting Deputy Vice Chancellor, Lukenya University, where he is also a Professor of Educational Communication Technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Communication and Technology from Moi University. He enjoys teaching as much as he is motivated to do research. Prof. Ndiku has published over 50 articles in referred journals, written and authored 3 books: Educational Instruction: Goals, Resources, Methods and Assessment, Handbook of Research on Enhancing Teacher Education with Advanced Instructional Technologies and Handbook for Planning Technology Initiative.
