German description: Diese Publikation enthalt Beitrage einer internationalen Konferenz, die von der Evangelischen Mission in Solidaritat und dem Zentrum Oekumene der EKHN und EKKW in Frankfurt/M. durchgefuhrt wurde. Beide ermoglichen okumenische, interkulturelle und interreligiose Lernerfahrungen fur Studierende und Pfarrer wie Pfarrerinnen bei Partnern in Beirut, Hyderabad und Kyoto. Der Lernzugewinn dieser unterschiedlichen Studienprogramme sollte durch Evaluierungen und Vergleiche besser begriffen werden, um sie effizienter zu gestalten. Dazu wurde auch das alteste Programm dieser Art in Jerusalem hinzugezogen. Aufgrund der Berichte der Organisatoren vor Ort wie der Alumni wird ihre Wirkung fur Glauben, Theologie und kirchliche bzw. religionspadagogische Praxis erortert. Die These dieser Publikation ist: Die zunehmende wirtschaftliche und politische Globalisierung bedarf dringend einer Globalisierung der theologischen und religionspadagogischen Ausbildung. English summary: This book publishes contributions to an international conference organized by the Evangelical Mission in Solidarity and the Ecumenical Center of the two Protestant churches in Hesse in Frankfurt (Main). Both facilitate ecumenical, intercultural and interreligious training programs for students and pastor in cooperation with their partners in Beirut, Hyderabad und Kyoto. The aim is to understand better the learning achievements through their evaluation and comparison. Additionally, also the oldest study program in Jerusalem was considered. On the basis of reports by the local organizers and the alumni, the effects on faith, theology and church practice were considered. The thesis of this publication is that the increasing economic and political globalization requires a globalization of the theological and religious education.
