Brubaker has spent twenty years doing behavior work with both humans, and a variety of animal species including the typical domestic pet: dog, cat, horse, parrot, etc. and exotic pets such as: wolf, raven, coatimundi, wallaby, pig, and llama. She has worked with four different animal shelters, a wolf rescue, and two zoos. Megan has taught a yearlong animal behavior class at a charter high school for troubled teens, worked with a variety of schools, and did demonstrations with her wolves for the Pikes Peak Library district. Megan also does life-coaching for humans including: helping individuals find their purpose, and learn who they are, and why they do what they do, as well as helping whole families to overcome a variety of relationship and communication issues. As a writer, Megan has written over 56 programs for clients, multiple articles that have been published in local newspapers, magazines and online magazines and websites, and a science fiction novel under the pseudonym Raven Bourne. She spent two years as part of a monthly radio call-in show and has appeared on several local television programs. Megan currently resides with her family in Colorado, and continues to do behavior work for animals with a local rescue, as well as working with her human clients, and writing an independent comic book with her best friend.
