INGRID YANG, MD, is an internal medicine physician, yoga therapist, and writer. A pioneer in integrating yoga and Zen Buddhist teachings, she founded and ran Blue Point Yoga Center in Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Yang is also the author of Adaptive Yoga and Hatha Yoga Asanas.
