Reviews

"Tracy's thoughtful and creative approach to revolutionizing how we work and stay in connected, meaningful relationships with our colleagues is innovative, compelling, and, most of all, fun. She artfully translates the tenets of improv to impart important lessons for leadership and teamwork, where we start from a place of active listening and true understanding without defensiveness to spark lasting, positive change in ourselves and those we work with. The illustrative case studies give you a glimpse of the outcomes you can expect-and are just the beginning of what is achievable for you if you apply these principles. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to transform the way they work (and play) with others. -Dr. Judy Ho, Clinical and Forensic Neuropsychologist, Author of The New Rules of Attachment and Stop Self-Sabotage In these times of accelerated change and constant disruption, The ""Yes, And"" Business Evolution provides a beautiful bridge between what is and what can be. Within these pages, the author offers practical, insightful tactics on leveraging the ""Yes, And"" principles of improv to keep teams moving forward, grounded, and together. -Chris Taylor, President & CEO, Actionable Having personally experienced the exercises Tracy writes about in her book brought back great memories of fun, laughter-filled, team-building experiences. This book shares table stakes for new leaders and is an excellent reminder of how back-to-basics skills, like listening, can make all the difference in building great teams. Full of practical and easy-to-implement ideas that can develop life skills, enabling outstanding leadership. -Nancy Fonseca, SVP, Client Services, Great Place To Work(R) Canada Drawing from my own journey and knowing the transformative power of the ""Yes, And"" approach, this book resonated deeply with me. It reminded me that people build bridges of trust when we collaborate and build each other up. This book was full of gems that leaders at all stages can utilize, underscoring the foundational elements of effective communication and collaboration. Tracy brilliantly highlights the often-overlooked essentials, like genuine listening, that pave the way for impactful leadership. This is a guide filled with actionable insights that enhance professional dynamics and enrich our relationships. -Dan Shaikh, Co-Founder of Speaker Slam(R) and Publicist for Inspirational Changemakers"
