She wrote The Yellow Butterfly: Forever in Our Hearts in loving memory of her son Noah, inspired by the gentle strength of her daughter Dihanna and the symbol of a yellow butterfly that continues to bring her peace. Leah holds a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction and finds joy in shaping the little minds of our future, spending time with her family and friends, and looking for yellow butterflies in quiet moments. She lives in Groves, Texas. Madelyn Dixson is a children's book illustrator from Texas who brings stories to life through vibrant digital art. Her work is inspired by a deep love for children and the magical world as seen through their eyes-full of wonder, whimsy, and imagination.When she's not illustrating, Madelyn enjoys spending time with her husband and their two beautiful children, sipping coffee, hunting for treasures in thrift shops, or watching horror films. She is currently open to new projects and collaborations.
