Henrik Horn is Professor of International Economics and Deputy Director at the Institute for International Economic Studies, Stockholm University, Sweden. Petros C. Mavroidis is Edwin B. Parker Professor of Law at Columbia Law School, Professor at the University of Neuchatel, Switzerland, and a member of the Centre for Economic Policy Research.
