Author Information
Laurel is a children's author and singer-songwriter. She is the founder of Paper Dove Press. She is deeply passionate about teaching children about different faiths, both the ways they are different and the same, and feels it is an avenue towards creating a more peaceful world. As a musician, she writes songs for kids and kids at heart. She writes, and sings, and plays, at her home in New Jersey, where she lives with her husband and two sons. Abi is a freelance graphic designer and illustrator that mixes work with adventure. She works with clients to turn good ideas into great design. She started her freelancing business in 2010 and has worked in web design, print, video, branding, packaging, and much more. Abi and her husband don't stick around one place for too long. Whether it's in a treehouse Costa Rica or a bungalow in Paraguay, her philosophy on work is simple: ""As long as there's wifi, it's all good"". Abi's next move is on to Alaska with her two dogs and possibly a tiny house underway.
