"The Bible is the best-selling book of all time, and Jesus Christ, its hero, is the world's most famous personage. The Bible is called the word of God, and not coincidentally, so is Jesus. The Gospel of John begins precisely this way: ""In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."" And yet few Christians have read the Gospels, which are the four separate but related accounts of the life and teachings of our hero.
