Overview

This book is the result of days of observations of scenery and details in a woodland in Wales (UK). The photos are all taken in two hours in the afternoon, and they follow the walk through the wood itself. This specific woodland was subject to very strong damage in the winter of 2013/2014 and the owner was working on the cutting of the fallen trees and replanting. It was beautiful to see how some of the trees finally touched by the sun were springing with new branches. In the middle of the wood there is a magical quiet corner with a small stream, where the mosses were growing in their different shapes. All the photos are taken with a normal compact camera, and they are not tampered with in any way, this is the approach I'd like to follow in my short photo books.
