Author Information

J. Kenji Lopez-Alt is a chef, parent, and New York Times bestselling author of The Food Lab and Every Night Is Pizza Night. He is a wildly popular New York Times food columnist; the chief culinary advisor for Serious Eats; and the host of Kenji's Cooking Show, which has more than a million subscribers on YouTube. He lives in Seattle, Washington. Eric Martin, the narrator of close to 100 audiobooks, is an AudioFile Earphones Award winner and Audie Award finalist. He has written and directed original comedy programming for Audible Channels and for the Howl network, including the series Brief Interviews with Hideous Monsters and Festival Supreme, a documentary of Tenacious D. He is also the creator of the hit podcast and web series This American Wife, a gentle parody of the public radio format. Eric works as a casting director, and lives in Los Angeles.
