By now you have read ""The Neophyte."" This is where you received the full introduction to my past, present and how we reached this point. ""The Widow"" is the salacious, untold story from ""The Neophyte"" and the intensely passionate, unbridled relationship I engaged in with Belhaven High School teacher, Jeri Thompson, prior to meeting Peggy Cunningham, the love of my life. Jeri's husband was killed in the Korean War, where I also served with the Army. Following this and graduating from the University of Alabama with a degree in History, I also took a job as a teacher at Belhaven High in Mobile, AL, where I became close friends with two other faculty teachers with great character, Mickey Westmoreland, and Oscar Peterson. This is now where the spicy story with Jeri begins.
