Author Information

John Carroll is a former project management consultant and trainer with many years' experience. Although based primarily in the UK and Ireland, he has also run projects throughout Europe and the United States. He has experience with most types of organizations including government, higher education, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, software engineering and the emergency services. John is a Member of the British Computer Society, a Chartered Engineer, a European Engineer and has an MSc in Information Technology from the University of Exeter. Now retired, John lives in the South West of England where, in addition to writing, he enjoys walking, cycling, home-brewing, wine making and bread baking.
