Besides contributing to the Australian Dictionary of Biography, The Oxford Dictionary of National Biography, The Oxford Companion to Australian History and the Journal of Australian Studies, he has edited a history of History at the University of Adelaide. Kerrie Round received a BA (Hons) and PhD in history from the University of Adelaide. She has lectured in Australian history and heritage at the University of Adelaide and Vanderbilt University, USA, and has worked as a researcher in the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia. She has written or edited five books and many articles concerning the history of South Australia. Dr Sandra Kearney completed her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) studies in History at Flinders University in 2022. She was the managing editor of the revised edition of The Wakefield Company to South Australian History, and from 2018 to 2020 was secretary of the History Council of South Australia. Bernard O'Neil, a consulting historian, is a member of the Professional Historians Association (South Australia) and a Visiting Research Fellow in History at the University of Adelaide. He was a foundation committee member of the Australasian Mining History Association, the Friends of South Australia's Archives and the History Council of South Australia.
