He has spent the majority of his career championing small-scale and independent winemakers. He lived in Sydney for eight years, representing boutique wineries across the region. Ed is also a photographer specialising in landscapes, seascapes, wildlife and portraiture. While living in Sydney he contributed to the photography-led guidebook Word of Mouth Guide: New South Wales, published in Australia in 2017.
