Sue Duncan is a British children’s author, whose funny short stories are based on the real-life tales of her husband, a rural vet. The Vet series of illustrated stories for five to eight year olds follow the adventures of six-year-old George, and Grandpa Todd – a rugby-playing vet – and the animals, which the pair encounter along the way.  Sue Duncan spent several years working in a veterinarian practice with her husband, Colin. Sue has three children and one grandson, she is retired and lives in Wiltshire, UK.
