Her mother, an educator and published author, wrote about vampire bats for Owl Magazine and developed the educational series ""Animals We Love to Hate"" in the 1970s. Instilled with a love for authentic storytelling, C. Laine grew to appreciate the enchantment of legends, culture, and poetry. Today, she aspires to share the magic of nature and art with children and the young at heart. After a lifetime of insomnia and sleepless nights herself, C.
