Stacie Arguello is a Children's Book Illustrator/Author. She loves to create books for kids in marginalized communities (such as People of Color, kids of LGBTQ parents, the Transgender community). She feels that these kids need heroes that they can identify with and not books that teach them about these communities because they are already experts. Stacie lives in the Bay Area, California with her spouse and daughter. She is a published author and graduated from the Academy of Art University.
