Overview

Series one: The untold chain of event's, illustrated from the Book of Human Right's. For the majority of readers and publishers you may experience at times while before you start too write or you're working round the house, cooking basically general house duties for myself l'm always thinking of the start of the first sentence and from their you can be begin building your story which ever it is based on. As l mentioned this is my first story which l've converted into series as it's to much to understand rather than cope it all into one full story, however it is based on a true event. Mr Smith Lived in London employed as a security Guard for over a period one a year. During the period of time of Mr Smith being employed he had worked enough days which left him entitled to two weeks holiday with pay. Mr Smith booked off two weeks holiday from work and travelled to the north of Lancashire seaside resort where the two famous Comedians were born Morecambe & Wise. Mr Smith is of ethnic minority a credit and a man of good nature to the public even though whilst Mr Smiths duration of his holiday in Lancashire he encountered a number of events which occurred where he was racially attacked for no given reason. Other than Mr Smith acting in self defence he was arrested and trailed before an all-white jury to eight years imprisonment. How can this be you would as yourself, not only was Mr Smith a victim of a racially attack he was also confronted the bye the local police authority on a number of occasions without reason and using their line of duty in the wrong from. Was this a case relating to Mr Smith being an ethnic minority as there is two sides to a coin. In many Cases you tend to find conflicts where one story or statement, witness, forms some form of story shorter than the other and many of the people are sometimes, not all the time paid to do so. This is how convictions are secured wether or not if you've the most representation acting for you. Is your barrister and solicitor acting on your behalf which is the question? Over the years many cases as such arise and justice was done as l refer to a further racial attack which took place in London and justice was done. Mr Smith barrister and Solicitor argued many points, well l tend not to go into depth in series one as their's series two in process, The book of Submissions which will draw your attention even further. What is law if law is not used in the right form, human rights. Everyone as their rights to be heard from the start to the end. It seemed their was no consideration to the fact Mr Smith was racially attacked then if Mr Smith was never racially how exactly what did happen to Mr Smith and why he was set a upon. The local authority treated Mr Smith in a number of different ways which you yourself wouldn't expect to be true which is true. I'm coming to the mentioning of letters where Mr Smith wrote letters seeking help as he didn't know who to turn to all he could do was put his trust in his representatives, was this a case of representatives. As you relax with a nice cup of warm hot chocolate and read you may consider turning over two pages to see what takes place if you was to do this you'll never understand The Untold Chain of Events from the start. As l started this first series l read, considered, possibilities as nothing can answer a racial attack it is what it is you can't hide from the facts. The facts are laid out in this first series not in depth as l wouldn't like give you to much detail to work with which will be in the coming series. Referring to series there's number two which l'm also considering number three set in place. The benefits from these series will help trainee law students understand law, conflicts, submissions, when reports say forensics what type of names are they referring to and how are these findings demonstrated in such a case as this. You may tend to read this first series again before you move on to the second series which is in more detail
