Overview

In this Memoir I am beginning to accept my place in the world, I make some humorous and lighthearted comments on some of the experiences I have been blessed with, and how I have possibly found my niche on this planet. I have not had the easiest life. I am trying to be the guiding light, for my wife who is also in recovery, and our nine children, I talk about how we are shifting the gears of life, through the hardships of our addiction, parenting, education, the workforce, and how our lives were over the past nine years together, and over my lifetime. recovery isn't a straight-line type of program, it's a lifestyle, or a movement. Addicts in recovery, are special people, with a inner soul that is sometimes damaged, and unaware of how to get out of that feeling of despair and recovery helps that journey unfold.
