OverviewBanana pudding is prevalent in the Southern States and they have perfected this dessert over the years. Most of the recipes found in this book are dishes that were passed down and improved upon by people I met in my travels. There is one trick that I learned from all these recipes is to dunk or soak wafers in lemon juice before using them in the pudding layers. This gives a tangy, exquisite flavour that marks a great banana pudding.
