Author Information

Laural Merlington is an audiobook narrator with over two hundred titles to her credit and a winner of multiple Earphones Awards. An Audie Award nominee, she has also directed over one hundred audiobooks. She has performed and directed for thirty years in theaters throughout the country. In addition to her extensive theater and voice-over work, she teaches college in her home state of Michigan. Anne Peters, MD, is Professor of Medicine at the Keck School of the University of Southern California and Director of the USC Clinical Diabetes Programs. Jamie Wood, MD, is a pediatric endocrinologist in Cleveland, Ohio, and is affiliated with University Hospitals Case Medical Center. She received her medical degree from University of Vermont College of Medicine and has been in practice between 11-20 years. She is one of 14 doctors at University Hospitals Case Medical Center who specialize in Pediatric Endocrinology. Prior to her appointment to University Hospitals Case Medical Center, Dr. Wood was director of Clinical Diabetes Programs at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
