She was previously a Senior Lecturer at the Panthéon-Sorbonne University. Her research expertise covers the economic history of both Irelands since partition; strategies of the Irish state regarding economic development; political and economic relations between the two Irelands; the influence of the United States and the Irish-American diaspora on the Irish economy; and Ireland’s economic diplomacy and soft power strategies. She is the author of La coopération économique entre les deux Irlandes (PUC, 2003) and co-editor of Revisiting the UK and Ireland’s Transatlantic Economic Relationship with the United States in the 21st Century: Beyond Sentimental Rhetoric (Palgrave, 2017).
