OverviewThis book examines how programs of deliberate government and corporate disinformation, and deception have led to an alarming state of confusion within society about what is true and what is not. Focused on America, the book posits that it is now essential for political and corporate interests to feed that confusion in order to survive. Written by award-winning journalist Peter Charley, whose previous book topped the Amazon bestseller lists in 2020, this book is essential reading in the era of alternative facts and at a time when media manipulation has reached unprecedented levels.
