"Dane has a double major in Physical Education and Health from Bemidji State University, Bemidji, MN. He completed undergraduate work in Pre-Medicine while completing his United States Air Force commission in ROTC at the University of Wisconsin-Superior. Dane is a retired USAF officer and a retired University of Wisconsin instructor where he taught Cybertechnology Ethics. He earned a master's degree in Information Communications Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Dane is the CEO and President of Deutsch's Inc.While in the United States Air Force, Dane served as Chief of Maintenance for the country of Turkey, where he led 1,200 people countrywide who managed all aspects of electronics-communications equipment. After his Air Force career, he formed a corporation called Deutsch's Inc., which is composed of three companies: Deutsch's Gymnastics Training Center, DCS Netlink, and the Leadership Management Development Center (LMDC).At Deutsch's Gymnastics Training Center, Dane and his wife Kathy train and coach children of all ages in the sport and discipline of gymnastics. Over the last 35 years, Dane and Kathy have trained and coached thousands of children with a focus on character, discipline, and leadership through the art of gymnastics.For 30 years, Dane and his DCS Netlink team repaired computers and installed/maintained computer networks. His DCS Netlink team won the Barron County Small Business Model of the Year for 2002. Also, in 2002, Dane was chosen as Wisconsin Small Businessman of the Year.Dane is a coach and facilitator for Dr. John C. Maxwell's book/course Developing the Leader Within You. In 2002, Dane started a training and coaching company called Leadership Management and Development in Character, where he continues to train people and companies on leadership, people skills, and character education. He was an Ambassador for Character Counts (www.charactercounts.org). In 2011, Dane became a ""Founding Partner"" coach and trainer with John C. Maxwell's Leadership Training Company.Dane is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Scout. In 2010 and 2014, he ran for political office as a candidate for the Wisconsin State Senate. Dane and his wife have been married for 45 years and have four grown children: Tobiah, Moses, Sarah, and Israel, as well as ten grandchildren. Dane and Kathy currently make their home in Rice Lake, WI. Lee Ellis is President and Founder of Leadership Freedom(R) and FreedomStar Media(TM). For more than fifteen years he has served as an executive coach and a corporate consultant in the areas of hiring, teambuilding, leadership development, and succession planning. His clients include Fortune 500 senior executives and C-Level leaders in a variety of industries. Since 1990, Lee has managed the development, validation, and internet deployment of several personality and leadership assessments that have been used by more than 200,000 individuals.Early in his career, Lee served as an Air Force fighter pilot flying fifty-three combat missions over North Vietnam. In 1967, he was shot down and held as a POW for more than five years in Hanoi and surrounding camps. After the war, he served as an instructor pilot, chief of flight standardization/evaluation, and flying squadron commander. Additionally, he commanded two leadership development organizations before retiring as a colonel. Lee's combat decorations include two Silver Stars, the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star with Valor device, the Purple Heart, and the POW medal.Lee has a BA in History and a MS in Counseling and Human Development. He is a graduate of the Armed Forces Staff College and the Air War College. Lee has authored or co-authored four books on leadership and career development."
