Science has discovered confirmable empirical evidence that clearly shows evolution by natural selection to be true. The evolution controversy is now limited to the mechanism through which nature selects - purposefulness or randomness. Our Constitution bans religion from being taught in public school. The test for determining what may be taught in school as non-religious instruction is confirmable scientific evidence.
