Dr. Yu received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Rutgers University. She completed both her clinical internship and postdoctoral fellowship in the Behavioral Medicine Program at the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Medical Center. Her clinical training also includes experiences as an individual and family therapist, skills trainer, and behavioral health consultant at the Eating and Weight Disorders Program at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania, the Dialectical Behavior Therapy Clinic at Rutgers University, and the Division of Family Medicine at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Diana Hu is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Seattle, WA. She utilizes evidence-based methods to treat anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, and generational acculturation issues. She also enjoys baking, cuddling with her two cats, and trying to keep her houseplants alive. Dr. Hod Tamir is a developmental psychologist and licensed mental health counselor. His practice, The WISR Place, focuses on wellbeing, identity, sexuality, and relationships. After completing his PhD in Psychology at Florida International University, Hod worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Columbia University and the National Institutes of Health.
