Adham Khudaykulov is an Associate Professor at the Tashkent State University of Economics, Deputy Director General of the Council for Higher Education, Uzbekistan. He holds research affiliation with the Cambridge Central Asian Forum, University of Cambridge. Dr. Khudaykulov received PhD in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge in 2021 and holds two masters’ degrees from Japan and UK.
