Author Information

Juda Bennett is a professor of English at The College of New Jersey and the author of Toni Morrison and the Queer Pleasure of Ghosts and The Passing Figure. Winnifred Brown-Glaude is an associate professor of African American studies and sociology at The College of New Jersey and the author of Higglers in Kingston. Daniel Henning is an experienced writer, director, actor, producer, and audiobook narrator who has lent his talents to MTV, HBO, Comedy Central, and ABC. An advocate for LGBTQ Equality and the Arts, he is a graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and the founding artistic director of The Blank Theatre in Hollywood. Bahni Turpin is an ensemble member of the Cornerstone Theater Company. Based in Los Angeles, Bahni has appeared in numerous television productions as well as films. She is also a yoga instructor, the founder of SoLA Food Co-op, and the narrator of several audiobooks. Adenrele Ojo is an experienced audiobook narrator and actor. A self-described theater brat, she spent many late nights as a young child falling asleep on theatre chairs as her dad directed and her mother performed. Born in Brooklyn and raised in Philadelphia, she received her bachelor of arts in theater from Hunter College in New York. Robin Eller is an accomplished actress, dance educator, and voice artist who has appeared on stage and television and in films and commercials. The narrator of several audiobooks, she speaks fluent Italian and has performed with prominent musicians, including James Brown, with whom she traveled the world as a dancer.
