This is Brian Risman`s fourth law text. Mr. Risman is an Honours LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) graduate from the University of London and obtained his LL.M. (Master of Laws) in International Business Law from the same institution. Mr. Risman has briefed the House of Lords with recommendations on the proposed rules for the United Kingdom Supreme Court. Mr. Risman has also authored seminars on Copyright: Software Licensing and Credit Card Fraud. Mr. Risman has also spoken at Legal Conferences in the UK and abroad. In addition, Mr. Risman is a member of the Society of Legal Scholars of the United Kingdom and Ireland.
