Dr. William I. Cooper, MD, is a graduate of American University and The George Washington University School of Medicine. He is an Air Force Veteran and worked in a receiving hospital during the height of the Vietnam War. He is married with six children and has varied interests that include scuba diving, golf, art, and riding motorcycles. Gerald W. Lunt, BA, earned his degree in psychology from The George Washington University and is an Air Force veteran having voluntarily served in the Orient at the height of the Vietnam War. He spent thirty years working for various executive government agencies, in which his specialties included program analysis, personnel management, and HAZMAT/safety. Cooper and Lunt enjoy exploring dynamics of religion, science, and philosophy. Their extensive collective scriptural and scientific research resulted in the wholly original work that is The Theory of Devilution.
