Author Information

Laura Fisk is an illustrator living in the great state of Texas. She always wanted to be a cartoonist growing up and now gets to create stories through pictures and books. When it comes to Texas, her favorite animal is the Mexican Freetail Bat; she loves a breakfast taco with spicy salsa; and her favorite place in the state is Big Bend National Park. She lives in Austin, and is raising a native Texan with her husband. This is her second illustrated book along with Sleeping Bags to S'mores: Camping Basics.
