Eeki Elner is Israel's pioneer in leadership training in the business and social world. Eeki Elner is regarded as Israel's pioneer in leadership training in the business and social world. After a career of twenty years, serving in corporate development, strategy, and marketing planning, then as an advisor to two Israeli cabinet members Elner founded The Israel Leadership Institute. The ILI is a non-profit educational organization that offers a unique leadership training approach both in Israel and the world. This system is what Elner shares in workshops and most renowned leadership training conferences and retreats worldwide.
