Author Information

The Authors: William Kluback is a writer. He was a former professor of philosophy at the City University of New York. His latest book is a study of the Romanian poet and essayist Benjamin Fondane. He has just completed his fifth volume of Valery studies. Michael Finkenthal is a scientist with strong interests in philosophy and interdisciplinary research. Parallel to his scientific activities in atomic and plasma physics and interdisciplinarity, he writes about authors such as Shestov, Fondane, Cioran, and Ionesco, and the Kyoto school of philosophy. At present, he is a professor at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a visiting professor at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
