He was previously William Golding Junior Research Fellow at Brasenose College, University of Oxford. The Technocratic International is based on his 2023 doctoral dissertation at the University of Oxford, for which he won the 2025 Merze Tate Award of the American Political Science Association. His work has been published in European Journal of International Relations, International Studies Quarterly, and Review of International Studies.
