Andrew Bajda is a public speaker, former president of Cleveland's Polish-American Cultural Center, and a retired assistant professor at Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was a Bessie Award winner for teaching excellence. Jacob Newton is a retired professional hockey player who competed professionally in the United States, Italy, Finland, Czech Republic, Germany, Sweden, and Norway. He is the current the owner of Newton's Mind, which provides training and mental coaching for both athletes and non-athletes.
