It gives a more in-depth overview of dyslexia than Dyslexia Pocketbook and gives clear explanations of how the information given relates specifically to children in school and the role of a TA in supporting those children. Author Information

A teacher for many years, Dr Gavin Reid is now an Educational Psychologist and Senior Lecturer in Educational Studies at the Moray House School of Education, University of Edinburgh. Shannon Green is a practicing Orton-Gillingham Trainer and a cofounder and director of REACH (Remedial Education for Adults and Children) Learning Center in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
