Continuing her education journey, she later founded InIm Institute, an organization prioritizing the mental health and well-being of teachers, young people, and employees in schools and companies. She is also a founding member and President of the C-EDU Education Cluster and a founding member of the Rethink Romania Thinktank.Simona is the co-author of two successful books, ""The Teacher Within"" and ""The Guide of the Teacher Within,"" which were published in English and Romanian. Concepts from these publications formed the foundation of the training program ""The Teacher's Well-being: A Conscious Journey,"" which has reached thousands of teachers worldwide.She has been honored with the British International School Lifetime Award and serves on the boards of prestigious national and international organizations, including the Margareta of Romania Royal Foundation, Round Square, Global Connections, and the Tapestry Intergenerational Education Foundation, among others.Her mission is to bring the joy of learning into every school.
