Having always been passionate about secondary school environments, Naomi has actively sought to improve PSHCEe teaching throughout her career, working with schools locally and nationally to develop their provision. She is a member of the teacher advisory board for the PSHE Association and her healthy relationships programme won the FPA Brook award for her school.
