OverviewIn the land of Australia there was a space called Bushland where all native creatures were free to live and roam. Bushland experienced a very fierce and destructive storm that had destroyed Bowerbird's bower that a very independent Bowerbird had personally built and decorated to impress Lady Bowerbird. Bower Rebuilding Assistance Plan was formed by the Bushland council members, Mopoke, Kingfisher, Cockatoo, Koala, Wallaby, Ibis and Snake plus Magpie and Honeyeater. All were included because of their unique skills. The participants in the Bower Rebuilding Assistance Plan agreed to keep the gift of building materials a secret, therefore, not to injure Bowerbird's pride. When a contrary Crow learned of the secret assistance plan, he had a secret plan of his own. This is the second book in the Australian Bushland Stories series and includes a glossary of Australian bushland birds and animals in this story. Suitable for primary age children.
