Author Information

BC Dee has been an author of children's stories since age five. His first professional submission was to Cricket magazine when he was nine. His daughter. Isabel is the inspiration for his stories replete with playful insights into children and the world around them. The Girl Who Drank the Moon is Isabel's favorite story by her daddy. She loves to read, and often dances with the moon- even after bedtime. A life-long educator, BC Dee has taught in one middle school, two high schools, one community college, and three universities. This fact, however, should not be held against him-he is still a fun dinner party guest.
