My name is Jayne Craddock, and I write under the pseudonym of The Grandma because I made my living as the Professional Tennessee Tourist, photographing and writing about my home state as Jayne Craddock at tennessetourist.com, ""Where Your Adventure Begins.""The Adventures of Little Dog and Miss Kitty came from stories that I told my youngest granddaughter Em, who was born with a very rare kidney disease. I would try to give her mother a much-needed break, so on the many trips to the hospital, I would tell her stories. They were more to calm me and entertain me while we rocked or napped as she went through the lengthy process of dialysis. So far, I have put two stories on paper: The Summer Storm and Finding Christmas.
