Jack Ferraro has over twenty years of business management consulting experience with a focus on executing strategic projects and increasing organizational project management effectiveness. He is the author of The Strategic Project Leader: Mastering Service-Based Project Leadership and Project Management for Non-Project Managers. Ever since Adam Lofbomm pressed Record on his Fisher-Price recorder back in 1984, he's been bringing worlds to life in words.
