Lesa Cline-Ransome is an award-winning writer and editor who has written more than ten picture books for children, including two ALA Notable books. A graduate of the Pratt Institute, she holds a Master's Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from NYU. Based in Rhinebeck, New York, she is married to artist and illustrator James E. Ransome, with whom she frequently collaborates. Cary Hite is an experienced actor and audiobook narrator who has had the pleasure of working with a number of publishing houses. An Earphones award-winner, he currently resides in New York City. James E. Ransome is an award-winning artist and illustrator who earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in illustration from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. The Children's Book Council named him as one of seventy-five authors and illustrators everyone should know, and his work has won the Coretta Scott King Award, among others. Based in Rhinebeck, New York, he is married to author and editor Lesa Cline-Ransome, with whom he frequently collaborates.
