He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills. With over 34 years of experience, Rodney has worked with school districts in California and Virginia. He is best known for establishing the ""Farmers' Market Salad Bar"" program in 1997, which promotes healthier eating habits among students. Rodney has served on influential boards and received numerous accolades, including the International Food Service ""Silver Plate Award."" He is passionate about combating childhood obesity and actively engages in community initiatives promoting healthy eating.
