She's always been creative, as a child she designed her own cut out paper doll clothes, then moved on to sewing custom designs for her Barbie doll. She's always enjoyed story telling and developed into a funny story teller entertaining her family and friends over the years. After graduating with a Marketing degree, she began a career in Real Estate and works with her husband Jay, in construction. Together they design build many commercial and residential projects. Jenay is the youngest child of Tracy and has always been creative. She started baking at 8 yrs old selling cakes to her teachers. After hearing Jenays story, the Iron Chef Kent Rathbun called Jenay for a meeting. Jenay sold Kent on her personality as well as her pastries! Her desserts were featured in his restaurant for years. Jenay graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in New York where she became a Pastry Chef. She creates beautiful one of a kind cakes and pastries for her own bakery, The Lemon Bar in Temecula, California. She is truly an artist. Cole is Tracys' son and middle child, growing up between two sisters. He has always been an artist, selling his middle school paintings to coffee shops on consignment. He often made art out of everyday household items, such as Dr Pepper cans. Tracy discovered this sculpture while working with him on cleaning out his closet! He graduated from UTA with an Architecture Degree and works for HKS in Dallas, Texas. His side hustle is Benge Studios where he creates various wood works and sells them on Facebook and Etsy.
