A great biography for young readers, this book is filled with important facts and a timeline to help readers keep track of the ongoing story as it's told. As a teacher, I love the stop and think points and the quiz at the end to review what the reader has learned and to expand on critical thinking points. During her nine years in public education, Andrea worked as a classroom teacher and guidance counselor, and was recognized as Teacher of the Year.
