Frazer as as sociate justices, and the first term of the new court was held at Belmont, Iowa county, in December, 1836. On the eighth day of November, 1838, Andrew G. Miller was appointed associate justice in place of Judge Frazer then recently deceased, and the constitution of the court remained uh changed from this time until the organization of the state in 1848.
